We returned to the main road and continued on back out of Mesa Verde. As we approached the turnoff to Park Point we decided to make one last stop before returning to camp. We turned off and drove up to the parking area.

Park Point is the highest point in Mesa Verde National Park so it was only natural that they would build a fire lookout tower at this location.
